Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. All items are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise clearly stated in product descriptions. Products will be clearly marked made-to-order or preorder if not immediately available.

made-to-order :

These items are made to order in house — depending on volume, some orders may require material purchase before fulfillment, which can add additional time before shipment. Please allow up to 6 weeks for shipment. you will receive shipment confirmation via email. In most cases items will be shipped well before this deadline.

preorder :

These items require production lead times. Delivery estimates are located in product descriptions, and pricing of these items is reduced. you will receive email updates if product delivery has been delayed.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We unfortunately are not able to accept refunds on any order, but we do accept size exchanges provided the item is shipped back to our studio in NYC, and the desired size is in stock. Please contact info@bendoctor.com if you’d like to submit a size exchange request.

We can process size exchange requests if we receive the item shipped to our studio with no visible wear. If we receive an exchange with any visible wear/damages, we unfortunately won’t be able to process the exchange, and will ship back the original garment.
